EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Customers may exchange or return all products purchased in the online store, except for promotional products, unless these are found to be defective.
- TIMEFRAME
1.1. Exchanges and returns can be made within a maximum period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
- PROCEDURE
2.1. To request an exchange or return, please contact us via email, using the subject line “Exchanges and Returns | Order Number” and describing the reason for the request.
2.2. Once we respond to your email, you should send the product according to the instructions provided. Please note that if the exchange or return is not due to a product defect, shipping costs will be entirely the customer’s responsibility.

2.4. The condition of the product will be evaluated upon receipt, and if it does not meet the requirements, the return may be refused or the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
2.5. After evaluating the product’s condition, we will contact you to proceed with the refund of the paid amount, excluding shipping costs, except in cases of defective products, in which the full amount will be refunded.
2.6. If a replacement product is requested instead of a refund, you will also be contacted with instructions on how to proceed. However, the shipping costs for the new item, when not related to a product defect, will be the customer’s responsibility.
2.7. The refund process may take up to 5 business days from the date the return is received at our facilities.
2.8. All returns will be refunded using the same payment method or through the issuance of a voucher of the corresponding value.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
3.1. The exchange or return process is allowed only once per item.
3.2. This policy excludes damages resulting from misuse, natural wear and tear, and/or partial or complete alteration of the products.
3.3. Products to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, unused, complete, and properly packaged in their original packaging with intact labels. If these conditions are not met, the exchange or return will be refused.
3.4. All exchanges are subject to stock availability, and while we always strive to send a replacement product, we reserve the right to alternatively issue a refund via the same payment method where possible or through the issuance of a credit voucher to be used in the online store at www.companhiaatlantica.pt.
