Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of milk;
- 1 tablespoon of margarine;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Directions
- Put the milk and margarine together and microwave for 30 seconds to melt the margarine;
- Then add the other ingredients.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Finally, put it in the microwave for 4 minutes, but keep an eye on the mug so it doesn’t overflow!
Dairy free mug cake

- 1 egg;
- 4 tablespoons of water;
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder;

Directions
- Put the egg in a mug with a capacity of at least 300 ml and beat it with a fork.

- Gradually add the wheat flour, along with the yeast, and stir gently until it is incorporated into the dough;

- 1/2 can of condensed milk;
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted margarine;

Directions
- Put the egg in a 300 ml mug and beat it very well with a fork;
- Add the oil, sugar, milk and chocolate and mix everything together;
- Add the flour and yeast and stir until thick;
- Microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power.
- For the topping: mix everything together in a medium saucepan and stir until you have a thick syrup;
- Keep an eye on it and don’t let it cook too long, so it doesn’t get too hard:

- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract;
- Salt to taste;

- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a mug;
- Add the milk, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix well until the mixture is smooth;
- Add the chopped chocolate and mix again.
- Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on the power of the microwave);
- Tip: If you put it on the highest setting we suggest 1 minute, on the lowest setting 2 minutes.
- Garnish with icing sugar and strawberries and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 egg;
- 4 tablespoons of milk;
- 3 tablespoons of oil;
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour with baking powder;
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Seasoning to taste.
- 1/3 tuna, or ground beef, or shredded chicken, or vegetables to taste;
- Grated mozzarella cheese to taste;
- 1 tablespoon of corn or peas to taste (optional);
- Oregano to taste.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and set aside;
- For the filling, mix the tuna (or alternative), grated cheese, corn and peas (if you choose to add them) and oregano;
- Pour half the batter into a mug, add the filling (make sure it doesn’t go too far over the top) and cover with the remaining half of the batter;
- Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high power.

- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal;
- 1 banana (ripe and mashed);
- Cinnamon powder (to taste);
- 1 tablespoon of almond or peanut cream;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
